With a relevant message, periodic building additions & remodels, and by the grace of God this rural country church has successfully (though not always gracefully) navigated it’s way through the decades to it’s thriving state today. No longer is PHMC a local church, though locals attend, but it has morphed into a regional church with some people coming from 20+ miles on a Sunday morning.
Whether it is someone’s first step, or fiftieth, it is our desire to aid people in taking steps towards Christ. We do this by speaking today’s language (though the message is ancient), providing opportunities for individuals to interact with one another on a deeper spiritual level, and by offering ministries that meet the various needs of those who attend. We believe that God is calling all men, women, and children into a deeper intimacy with him that is marked by growth in Loving God, Loving Others, & becoming Completely You.
